Terrible service!!! They schedule a specific time for you, you arrive half an hour early, and they show up two hours after your appointment time. This has happened to me several times. They should improve their coordination to prevent this type of thing from happening.

On both occasions I’ve been there, the staff has been very friendly.

The facilities are very consistent with today’s healthcare system.

They are very diligent and organized when it comes to providing information, but as in any public-facing setting, there are always some rather lackadaisical professionals. In my case, the urologist was quite lacking in humanity. A surgical procedure, no matter how practical it may seem, deserves a little “tact” and empathy.

Terrible, I don’t know the name of the person at reception, but it was a disaster. From the start, you arrive and they don’t even say hello, “What are you here for?” “What do you need?” It’s probably because you have to go all the way to see their bored faces, their lives and jobs. I had a subdermal implant extraction performed, the administrative staff was very friendly, but the person who performed the extraction gave me the injection and didn’t even wait 5 seconds for the local anesthesia to take effect before using the scalpel, according to her the anesthesia is immediate, the entire procedure hurt, apart from that it took a long time because I didn’t have the tweezers at hand, very bad experience, she didn’t give me anything that indicated that they performed a procedure on me, and I paid privately. Last Thursday, I went to get a Pap smear. The gynecologist, Judith, was very kind, professional, and patient. Thank you so much. It wasn’t the same with the receptionists on the second and first floors (checkout). When the doctor asked me for a quick test, none of them wanted to share information about the procedure or prices. In fact, they sent me from floor to floor, with zero professionals and zero staff. And to think that it’s a clinic, the procedures performed there, and that we were all women. None of them helped me with information or appointment scheduling; they kept talking among themselves. It felt like a joke. Not to mention that at the entrance, the doorman doesn’t open the door or let anyone in without first telling you what procedure you’re going to be performing, even if you have an appointment, and everyone is in the waiting room watching. There’s no confidentiality. I can’t even imagine what it must be like for a woman who’s having an abortion. A nightmare of a place. I ended up leaving without completing everything. Please rate the staff and customer service. They are not doing us a favor, they are doing us a service for which we pay.

In the case of maternity patients, like me, I wasn’t seen until 2:40 pm, even though I’d been waiting since 1:00 pm. It’s a poorly ventilated place, and despite the bad appointment scheduling, there were many people waiting to be seen in the same space as maternity and other gynecology patients. The medical staff isn’t to blame; they were courteous. But the administrative staff and whoever manages the appointments seem to be living in another planet and offer no solutions. If you’re not seen at your assigned time, you should wait an hour at most, not three.

1.5 stars: lack of respect and professionalism

My visit was incredibly disappointing. Despite having booked a private service, I was made to wait standing for an excessive amount of time without even being offered a chair. The lack of consideration was evident from the very beginning, which is unacceptable for a service you’re paying for. The treatment received was not only unprofessional, but also demonstrated a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time and comfort. I would not recommend this service to anyone. The day after leaving the operation they hospitalized me and I had internal bleeding and they hadn’t told me. I’ve gone several times because of the pain and it turns out that an outpatient surgery turned into something more. I went there to get tested for a bacterial infection and explained it in detail to the person who tested me.

I arrived for the appointment, and she didn’t even show up. She gave me the test, and it hurt really badly, without any kindness, even though she’d been doing it for years.

And when I got the results, she sent me for cancer tests even though she knew perfectly well I didn’t have anything and that she ONLY wanted to know if I had a bacterial infection, and that wasn’t even indicated on the test!!!

On the occasions I’ve attended Profamilia, the care is very slow, with an estimated wait time of three hours for a five-minute exam. Despite seeking help from various staff members, the head nurse has the authority to treat patients whenever she decides. Furthermore, complaining is detrimental to the patient because when it’s your turn, she treats you with a bad attitude and can cause harm, as was my case. I filed the complaint directly with the organization at the National number and contacted the appropriate authority.

You go to pay for a vasectomy privately and they have a real business with that urologist from Vitta and she’s really bad 🤡 For almost a year they made my husband lose money because he had varicocele but it wasn’t risky, lying to him about being scared and he did it faster because of the insurance. I don’t recommend it, apart from the fact that they order 300 exams, you’re supposed to pay for it to be faster but you don’t and bad customer service.
