I fainted and the doctor made jokes about putting me in the offering of the dead because I was dying instead of helping me. Luckily I was with a companion and she helped me. VERY bad experience, we had 2 people basal insulin tests. The doctor didn’t know how to put the needle. It hurt a lot and we came out more pecked than necessary because it did not come out. She was only joking about it. It is good to learn but with responsibility. It is the worst clinic I have ever attended, I made an appointment with a doctor but she did not arrive, the nurse attended me with a pedantic and impatient character she wanted to leave, I went for a Pap smear and the nurse hurt me a lot to the point that I had to go to another clinic where they would take good care of me. Very little attention, they did not solve any doubts, they did not clarify anything and very unprofessional, they made me wait a long time.

Previously I had already had an ultrasound and received a gynecological consultation where I was given medication that once I started using doubts arose.
When I went today to receive my results I hoped that the doctor could solve these doubts for me, since if it was a matter of money I think I had already paid a lot previously and the most humane thing was to be able to listen to me.
When she gave me the results, she didn’t even receive me in her office, everything was in the waiting room and with an offensive attitude by telling me “you don’t know how to read” when I didn’t understand the result she was giving me.
I couldn’t clearly ask her my doubts because she looked annoyed and in a hurry.
The truth is that the service is a disappointment.
I know it can be difficult to work in quarantine, but you are supposed to be doctors who specialize in resolving doubts and I felt like I was ignorant, offended and mistreated.
I hope I don’t go back to that clinic and especially run into that kind of “specialists” who don’t have common sense or are not humane in their dealings with their patients.
In fact, the first time I went, they gave me an appointment at an hour, they ended up attending me almost an hour later with the pretext that they were in a morning conference, and there were not even more people to attend, if it had not been worse and already in the consultation the doctor was distracted repeating questions from data that she had already taken.
I hope they consider the comments and take action on the matter, or at least a wake-up call for those doctors who do not value their work.

She is a despot, grumbling person
In my opinion, medicine is a noble profession, but this lady does not like her job.
They charged $300 for the consultation so that I could only take my weight and listen to my baby’s heart (in a bad way), at the time of putting the heart monitor I had an itchy nose and held my hands tightly, she did not let my husband enter the consultation and the nurses were afraid of her
We made the complaint and as a good ordinary clinic… They did nothing
As a first-time mother the experience was terrible and not because we are young we have to leave, my mistake was not to face it at that time because for fear of doing something wrong to my baby inside.
I prefer to share my story and not let this kind of thing pass me by because it is “economical”

To contextualize the situation I must clarify three things, the first is that I scheduled my appointment almost a week in advance, the second is that I live two hours from the clinic in question and the third is that I went to that branch since I was highly recommended the service of Dr. Catalán.
My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, September 7 at 2:30 in the afternoon, I was asked to arrive 15 minutes in advance and so I did (it can be corroborated with the date of my payment which was by card). When I arrived and said that I had an appointment I was charged the cost of this and an ultrasound or other service, I was struck by the fact that they did not ask me if I required any other service. Since what I wanted was a Pap smear, I assumed that I should do it directly with my doctor so I let it go.
I waited until 3:30 and asked for a refund, the receptionist called some administrative who convinced me to wait appealing that the doctor was in a process that was complicated. Understanding the type of procedures they perform there, I breathed and asked for directions to go to a place to eat because I was already hungry and that increased my bad mood. The person I spoke to (I now regret not writing down his name, because I don’t remember it at the moment) told me that at 4pm he would be receiving my query.
At this point it should be noted that the 3pm appointment had already arrived and she was also upset about the delay. Here I must take a brief pause to ask my first question: is half an hour enough to attend to a patient for the first time, open a clinical file, the appropriate reviews and answer doubts?
As the clarification and request took almost 15 minutes, I had 15 more minutes to eat something hastily and return; which I did and that in the end made me more furious because at 4:30 when I did not receive my consultation I went down to ask for my refund and file a complaint (which I hope you have read at least). It was just when I was writing my complaint that as if by magic they called me for a consultation which at that point I was no longer interested in. At that point I was so furious that I wanted to make so much noise on social networks, but I still held back and did not do it because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Since the lady who attended me assured me that this type of experience was not frequent.
Which I now doubt a lot after reading their reviews on Google. And in conclusion, I lost a working day, the expenses that this terrible experience entailed and the whole afternoon between transportation time and waiting. Which makes me wonder, is this how they should treat their customers? Is there enough communication between the different areas of your team?

I had an ILE on Nov 13 and was followed up with ultrasound on Nov 27, the doctor told me that everything was fine and not to worry.
On Dec 7 I suffered a strong and painful hemorrhage, I ran to the clinic, the Dr. refused to see me because she was too busy, the bleeding was so strong that they took me to the hospital, there they told me that it was an incomplete procedure so they subjected me to emergency curettage. There was expulsion of many remains, which must have been seen in the ultrasound that Dr. swore was clean, they told me that I was lucky not to have sepsis after so many days. I lost a lot of blood and all because of a poorly done ultrasound. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT CLINIC AGAIN, MUCH LESS RECOMMEND IT. THAT MISTAKE ALMOST COST ME MY LIFE.

Laura Viñal, is the worst doctor in the history of mexfam, me and my sister were seeing Dr. Piña, I trusted this place a lot if care was good until yesterday when she said that fibroids are not treatable, that they do not matter and that they will better remove the womb, she did not even have the trouble to check the patient. I recommended them and now the truth is that I would never tell anyone to go to that clinic again. And if they come, for the love of God, don’t ask that despotic and unprofessional doctor.
Look for other options, it is no longer worth going to that place.

A few months ago I was in treatment by order of Dr. Citlali Cortés. She always took care of me but the last few times she sent me a treatment that instead of reducing my ovarian cysts, increased them in size. Not satisfied with that, she told me last time “if you feel pain that you can’t walk, go to the emergency room and continue taking the treatment”. A second opinion told me that I should not wait any longer and that I had to operate. A month and a half later they removed three endometriomas, a teratoma and a fibroid, which they did not detect there. I am very upset, not only because of the attention, but also because it had me getting worse and worse. Until I consulted on my own with an excellent gynecologist, who even pathology is going to take everything she got because the clinic did not know how to give me an answer.

Terrible service, I went to the dermatologist NAVARRO MORALES JAIR for a spot on my nail he told me that I had a type of melanoma on my nail (it should be clarified that he did not even check me he only saw it from afar) he told me that I had to do a biopsy where he charged me 6 thousand and that only with him he could perform it, I went to another very good dermatologist who checked me with devices and properly which was nothing bad but for greater security the biopsy was performed for a much lower cost and it was not bad at all, it was just a type of mole

15 years ago my mom went for a gynecological check-up, and she was FALSELY diagnosed with a papilloma through the supposed exams that were carried out, then the doctor of that clinic told her that HPV resulted from the colposcopy and that therefore she did not tell her partner, sending her to perform some surgeries with a cost of $800.00 each session every 15 days, out of fear and at the same time courage she had to talk about it with my dad and they consulted another specialist, performing the same exams and the surprise was THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY PAPILLOMAVIRUS, unfortunately neither the clinic nor the alleged doctor could be sued for medical negligence and reparation of moral as well as psychological damage. Therefore, with this comment I hope that it reaches the reading of many who consider going, perhaps they will think that many years have passed and that the specialists are others, but trust anywhere and with anyone is also broken with a bad diagnosis, so I recommend that they attend other women’s care centers, and how good that this means exists to express my mother’s bad experience and that the unfortunate thing is that they continue to operate in this so-called clinic. And finally, if there was a 0 rating, I would put it but I place a star. Better to use a veterinarian.

Terrible medical care. The doctor was arrogant and incompetent. I went for a check-up for pain in the womb, the doctor hurt me terribly in the touch, to which I asked her if it would not be better by colposcopy or Pap smear, the supposed doctor answered me very rudely: “Well, she would have told me that she wanted a Pap smear”. In other words, if I went to a supposed expert, it was so that she could tell me what exams I needed according to my pain, how am I going to know what I need. You ask about the trauma consultation and they tell you $600; the trauma said in the consultation that it included an injection, but when it came time to pay my father (an elderly person) they charged him $1000 arguing that it was for the material used to give the injection.
