In my IUD evaluation (first), which I put in right here, it came out that it is misplaced. I just wanted to know if there was a way that I would not be charged everything again (withdrawal and placement) because now they gave me a price of $200 more than what it cost me the first time, since it is a heavy expense at least the price of the first occasion was respected. There is no good care especially when trying to make me look like it was my fault (this on the part of the doctor), OF COURSE I DON’T COME BACK, NOT BECAUSE OF THE DOCTORS’ PRACTICE IN PUTTING IT IN BUT BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT I WAS GIVEN AND THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It is the worst clinic I have ever attended, I made an appointment with a doctor but she did not arrive, the nurse attended me with a pedantic and impatient character she wanted to leave, I went for a Pap smear and the nurse hurt me a lot to the point that I had to go to another clinic where they would take good care of me. Terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all. They carry out exams showing erroneous results, it seems that they only invent things so that you continue to get treatment there and spend more money, in addition to the fact that the service is terrible, they take too long to get to you even when you have appointments. My mother almost had to fight to get the results of a biopsy that were obviously urgent, later another Dr told her that those results were incomplete.

It’s funny, today I went to get the results of some pap smears and colposcopy that I had done at the clinic and the service was terrible and very rude on the part of the doctor . . .
Previously I had already had an ultrasound and received a gynecological consultation where I was given medication that once I started using doubts arose.
When I went today to receive my results I hoped that the doctor could solve these doubts for me, since if it was a matter of money I think I had already paid a lot previously and the most humane thing was to be able to listen to me.
When she gave me the results, she didn’t even receive me in her office, everything was in the waiting room and with an offensive attitude by telling me “you don’t know how to read” when I didn’t understand the result she was giving me.
I couldn’t clearly ask her my doubts because she looked annoyed and in a hurry.
The truth is that the service is a disappointment.
I know it can be difficult to work in quarantine, but you are supposed to be doctors who specialize in resolving doubts and I felt like I was ignorant, offended and mistreated.
I hope I don’t go back to that clinic and especially run into that kind of “specialists” who don’t have common sense or are not humane in their dealings with their patients.
In fact, the first time I went, they gave me an appointment at an hour, they ended up attending me almost an hour later with the pretext that they were in a morning conference, and there were not even more people to attend, if it had not been worse and already in the consultation the doctor was distracted repeating questions from data that she had already taken.
I hope they consider the comments and take action on the matter, or at least a wake-up call for those doctors who do not value their work.

The service was very bad. In the first place, the receptionists do not know how to give reports nor do they know what time the doctors arrive because when I asked them, they looked at each other and between the two of them they answered me doubtfully. I had gone THREE times to ask about the dermatologist and they couldn’t even tell me that there was the possibility of making an appointment. When I went to the dermatologist, I found it very bad care too. She attended to me in a hurry and when she checked me I felt a bit of sarcasm in her treatment (answers like: ash, that’s why). I think that going to the doctor is sometimes difficult, the treatment and the way to give a diagnosis must be a little more empathetic because they do not know the reasons behind the symptoms. Very bad for the receptionist who is in the afternoon (about 2 pm) and for the dermatologist, hire better those who want to serve well or suggest that they develop their social skills. My family and I will not go to any type of consultation there again.

Terrible experience.
To contextualize the situation I must clarify three things, the first is that I scheduled my appointment almost a week in advance, the second is that I live two hours from the clinic in question and the third is that I went to that branch since I was highly recommended the service of Dr. Catalán.
My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, September 7 at 2:30 in the afternoon, I was asked to arrive 15 minutes in advance and so I did (it can be corroborated with the date of my payment which was by card). When I arrived and said that I had an appointment I was charged the cost of this and an ultrasound or other service, I was struck by the fact that they did not ask me if I required any other service. Since what I wanted was a Pap smear, I assumed that I should do it directly with my doctor so I let it go.
I waited until 3:30 and asked for a refund, the receptionist called some administrative who convinced me to wait appealing that the doctor was in a process that was complicated. Understanding the type of procedures they perform there, I breathed and asked for directions to go to a place to eat because I was already hungry and that increased my bad mood. The person I spoke to (I now regret not writing down his name, because I don’t remember it at the moment) told me that at 4pm he would be receiving my query.
At this point it should be noted that the 3pm appointment had already arrived and she was also upset about the delay. Here I must take a brief pause to ask my first question: is half an hour enough to attend to a patient for the first time, open a clinical file, the appropriate reviews and answer doubts?
As the clarification and request took almost 15 minutes, I had 15 more minutes to eat something hastily and return; which I did and that in the end made me more furious because at 4:30 when I did not receive my consultation I went down to ask for my refund and file a complaint (which I hope you have read at least). It was just when I was writing my complaint that as if by magic they called me for a consultation which at that point I was no longer interested in. At that point I was so furious that I wanted to make so much noise on social networks, but I still held back and did not do it because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Since the lady who attended me assured me that this type of experience was not frequent.
Which I now doubt a lot after reading their reviews on Google. And in conclusion, I lost a working day, the expenses that this terrible experience entailed and the whole afternoon between transportation time and waiting. Which makes me wonder, is this how they should treat their customers? Is there enough communication between the different areas of your team?

I suffered from medical malpractice that almost cost me my life.
I had an ILE on Nov 13 and was followed up with ultrasound on Nov 27, the doctor told me that everything was fine and not to worry.
On Dec 7 I suffered a strong and painful hemorrhage, I ran to the clinic, the Dr. refused to see me because she was too busy, the bleeding was so strong that they took me to the hospital, there they told me that it was an incomplete procedure so they subjected me to emergency curettage. There was expulsion of many remains, which must have been seen in the ultrasound that Dr. swore was clean, they told me that I was lucky not to have sepsis after so many days. I lost a lot of blood and all because of a poorly done ultrasound. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT CLINIC AGAIN, MUCH LESS RECOMMEND IT. THAT MISTAKE ALMOST COST ME MY LIFE.

That day I couldn’t sleep because of the pain so waiting for 6 am I wrote to her that the pain was very great and that I should remove the IUD at any cost. And she insisted that I not exaggerate and that I did not wasted the money I had spent. Believe me, the pain was so strong that I did think about the money but since it was so strong I was not going to wait for something worse to happen to me. She told me that as soon as I arrived at mexfam I should not talk to the girls from the administration and that if they asked me anything I should tell them that I was coming to see her to thank her or something that had nothing to do with a consultation. I went upstairs and as they were opening there was no one. And instead of behaving pretty like when she sold me the possibility of acquiring the cheapest IUD a consultation before. She was offended (looking at me as if with eyes of hatred) by me as if I had been to blame for feeling the strong pains I suffered and apart from being rude, she took it away from me very quickly and didn’t even turn to look at me when I left. Obviously I thought about complaining but I thought. If she wears so many stars and if mexfam continues to hire her, surely knowing what she does to the patients of mexfam revolution, then I thought it would be of no use, besides that I don’t have money to go to a lawyer and sue her for her negligence. I went to a gynecological consultation two weeks ago with “doctor” Lala Laura Viñals Rodrígez, it has been the worst experience I have had on the subject. She behaved like a despot and even treated me with very bad manners, I left more confused than I was. I asked for a second opinion of what was prescribed by her, and it turned out that the pills she sent me were not indicated for my problem, I spent in vain on the consultation and medicines. I went for a check-up and Dr. Citlali scared me because of some symptoms I had and immediately sent me to do STD tests which were expensive when in reality I had none of that. I felt no tact or interest on her part in finding out what I had. Unfortunately, I have to continue going to Mexfam for economic reasons, even if I am not sure of the certainty of the diagnoses.

15 years ago my mom went for a gynecological check-up, and she was FALSELY diagnosed with a papilloma through the supposed exams that were carried out, then the doctor of that clinic told her that HPV resulted from the colposcopy and that therefore she did not tell her partner, sending her to perform some surgeries with a cost of $800.00 each session every 15 days, out of fear and at the same time courage she had to talk about it with my dad and they consulted another specialist, performing the same exams and the surprise was THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY PAPILLOMAVIRUS, unfortunately neither the clinic nor the alleged doctor could be sued for medical negligence and reparation of moral as well as psychological damage. Therefore, with this comment I hope that it reaches the reading of many who consider going, perhaps they will think that many years have passed and that the specialists are others, but trust anywhere and with anyone is also broken with a bad diagnosis, so I recommend that they attend other women’s care centers, and how good that this means exists to express my mother’s bad experience and that the unfortunate thing is that they continue to operate in this so-called clinic. TERRIBLE service I was more than 1:30 hr waiting to go to an appointment for some exams and they notified me that the doctor was late until I had to ask the first lady to tell me that he had not arrived that they were communicating with him, time passes and I ask again if he will come and another lady in a somewhat bloody way tells me “he is about to arrive in 5 min is that he had a mishap with a patrol car and also he comes from a hospital” (one can understand that there are traffic mishaps but that you do not have the kindness to notify patients is a lack of respect) I arrived before the appointed time of my consultation (3 pm) a lady arrived a little after me and as far as I can see she was attended before me this as soon as I arrived the doctor.
In that period more patients arrived scheduled at the following times and they passed to a patient with a 4 o’clock appointment so I ask them if they are not going to pass me yet and they answer that “first they take vital signs so they passed that patient” I wait a little longer until I asked them for my money back and it was until that moment that they called me, It was a really annoying situation because they are not giving me the consultation, I paid for a service that was never given to me until I complained, so it was that I left the place because apparently they were going to attend to me when I gave them the and it was a long time that I was waiting and they did not even go to notify anything
